Common Questions
Do I need any technical experience?
None at all. Every kit comes pre-configured with colour-coded cables and a step-by-step setup guide. If you get stuck, our team is a phone call away.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend at least 5–7 days, especially for weekend dates. Popular kits book out fast — get in touch early to lock in your date.
Do you deliver across Perth?
Yes. We deliver across the greater Perth metro area. Regional WA deliveries may be available — contact us to discuss your location.
What if something stops working during the party?
Call us. We have technicians on standby for kit hire customers and we’ll troubleshoot with you immediately. In most cases we can resolve any issue over the phone in minutes.
Can I add a technician to run the gear for me?
Absolutely. If you’d rather leave the tech to us, we can include a Megavision technician to set up, operate and pack down for you. Ask about this when booking.
